Containing Zinc, which is scientifically proven to maintain hair growth, and Biotin in addition to an innovative proprietary marine protein AminoMar C™ complex, these supplements boast enough supply for 3 month's use. K.D. Recommended daily intake: Take 2 tablets daily for a minimum of 3-6 months (1 in the morning and 1 in the evening taken with water after food).
